About Us

We’re looking for somebody who enjoys creating and executing different types of projects and can also put on their branding and marketing hat and run campaigns for our clients. This role is ideal if you are a team player who can also jump in for project management needs.

As a branding and marketing specialist, you will be tasked with various marketing projects, including but not limited to content creation, management of marketing tools, brand management, and helping create campaign strategies for our clients, as well as btrax. You will be working with our marketing and design teams.

Role Overview

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand exposure and lead generation, acting as either the lead or a key execution team member.

  • Manage digital marketing, content creation, and event production initiatives.

  • Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the business development team and stakeholders on project strategy, proposals, and client-facing plans.

  • Establish marketing strategies for client projects and plan/execute research projects.

  • Own assigned marketing campaigns from strategy to execution to achieve project goals.

  • Continuously test and analyze results to optimize campaign performance.

  • Maximize integrated marketing efforts by providing insights and recommendations.

  • Set project timelines with clients and ensure the project team completes tasks on time and within budget.

  • Secure stakeholder approval for deliverables.

  • Develop project plans and manage team performance on assigned tasks.

  • Collaborate with designers, production team members, and engineers to meet client needs.

Objectives:

  • Partner with business development to enhance brand awareness and lead generation strategies.

  • Work with the design team to produce creative assets for brand campaigns.

  • Develop and refine marketing strategy techniques.

  • Apply and expand personal project management knowledge and skills.

  • Deliver successful client project outcomes while optimizing time and resources to support company profitability.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of successful project experience; experience at a creative, marketing, or advertising agency is a plus.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with designers and work effectively within a creative process.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, paid social, search marketing, and content management; experience with marketing automation is a strong plus.

  • Excellent copywriting skills (writing samples required during the interview process).

  • Proficiency with marketing, creative, and project management tools, including Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and Monday.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.

  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
