Our Approach
Designed and developed Swatch Japan's Rakuten Ichiba page, adhering to Rakuten’s template and design constraints, as well as HTML and CSS guidelines. Translated Swatch's global branding into a localized and culturally-aware design.
Developed a product launch calendar, an SEO keyword list, and a marketing strategy that included online and offline tactics such as Google Ads and influencer marketing. Conducted influencer marketing research to support brand outreach.
Managed the project across different time zones and cultural contexts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of the marketing strategy. Post-launch, handled updates on store activity and provided recommendations to enhance conversion rates.
