Role Overview

As a Workshop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our client workshops. You will assist our Lead Facilitator and our Support Facilitator, with various tasks to enhance the learning environment for our Japanese clients. This position is designed for someone who is new to workshop facilitation and is excited to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

Take detailed notes during workshop sessions to capture key insights and discussions.
Prepare activities and provide logistical support to ensure workshops run seamlessly.
Support the facilitators while respecting the division of responsibilities.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude in learning about workshop facilitation techniques.

Qualifications

Proficient in business-level Japanese communication, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to take clear and concise notes.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Strong critical thinking skills with a natural ability to provide effective support.

Time Commitment

Project Start Date: Jan 13th, 2024
Project End Date: March 21st, 2024
This position will be full time in-person at Btrax’s San Francisco Office (no remote)
